Children Above 5 year will chargeable Extra.


CANCELLATION POLICY

>No charges before 10 days: If cancellation is made 10 days or more prior to check‑in, no charges will be levied.
>25% charge between 10-5 days: For cancellations made 10 to 5 days before check‑in, 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
>One day retention within 5 days: If cancellation is made within 5 days of check‑in, one day's retention will be charged, provided the guest/travel agent informs via email before 12:00 noon on the arrival date.
>No show without communication: In case of a no‑show with no communication, the full booking amount will be charged.
>Date change policy: If dates are changed, the existing booking must be cancelled as per policy. New reservations will be subject to availability.
>GST billing requirement: Guests requiring a GST bill must provide GST details before check‑in. Otherwise, the GST bill cannot be issued.

Guest Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the Hotel property during their stay.
Any additional charges incurred during the stay, such as extra food or extra services, will be billed to the guest upon check-out.
Property Regulations:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the Hotel. Designated smoking areas may be provided.
Pets are allowed on the Hotel premises with prior arrangements have been made and approved by management.
Noise levels must be kept to a minimum to ensure the comfort of other guests.
Safety and Security:
Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure at all times. The Hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
Fire safety regulations must be adhered to at all times. Emergency exits and evacuation procedures are clearly marked and should be followed in the event of an emergency.
